After a full restoration of an area, we always then recommend booking in for a Maintenance Clean to those who want it. This involves returning in say 6 months time (or whenever you would prefer) to do a chemical treatment or a low pressure wash. This way your surfaces are kept looking their best all year round and minimises any future damage. This is becoming a more popular service and can help save money in the long run too. So it is a win win!

How much will it cost?

There's no guess work here. With every exterior surface usually being different in size and condition, all quotes are given after a measurement and inspection of the area.
Once the square meterage is acquired, we can then work out how much the job will be. The bigger the job, the better the price per square metre will be for you. We really try and be as affordable as possible and work with your budget.
The options given for re sanding, re jointing, post clean chemical treatment, biocide treatment, sealing etc will be given separately, so you can choose what you want to go ahead with. Absolutely no nasty hidden charges!
